A TV anime adaptation of the fantasy manga written by Omori Fujino with art by Aoi Sei. In a world where magic holds absolute power, Will Serfort is a dropout magic academy student who cannot use magic. Carrying the promise he made with his childhood friend Elfaria in his heart, he takes up a sword instead of a wand and aims to reach the highest rank, the 'Magia Vende' (Supreme Five Staffs). The story unfolds as a classic battle fantasy following the growth of a maverick in a world that prizes magic above all else. The OP theme is 'Fire and Fear' by PENGUIN RESEARCH, and the ED theme is 'Frozen' by TRUE.
