A theatrical film in the popular series centered on the mysterious phenomena known as 'Puberty Syndrome.' As second-year student Azusagawa Sakuta enters the third trimester, he cherishes his remaining days at Minegahara High School with his third-year girlfriend Sakurajima Mai. Then his younger sister Kaede, who has been absent from school for a long time, reveals her momentous decision: 'I want to go to the same high school as you, onii-chan.' For Kaede, stepping out into the outside world requires tremendous courage, and Sakuta does everything he can to support his sister's dream. The work delivers the series' signature delicate psychological portrayal alongside a warm depiction of familial love. The ending features the series-familiar 'Fukashigi no Carte' in the Kaede & Kaede Ver. performed by Kubo Yurika, wrapping the story's emotional afterglow in gentle melody.
