A theatrical anime produced by TMS/Studio 1, based on the manga by Gosho Aoyama serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday. The 25th film in the series, with a domestic box office of approximately 9.78 billion yen (a series record). Set during a Halloween event in Shibuya, Tokyo, a series of bombings erupts following an explosion at a wedding venue. The pasts of Rei Furuya (Toru Amuro)'s police academy classmates—Jinpei Matsuda, Kenji Hagiwara, Wataru Date, and Hiromitsu Morofushi—are revealed as a large-scale terrorist plot engulfs Shibuya. Conan teams up with Amuro to uncover the terrorists' identity. Directed by Susumu Mitsunaka. Music by Yugo Kanno.
