A dark fantasy anime produced by J.C.Staff, based on the doujin visual novel Tsukihime by TYPE-MOON. Shiki Tohno, a young man who gained the ability to perceive the "death" of things through his "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception" after a childhood accident, encounters a blonde woman named Arcueid Brunestud and becomes entangled in vampire incidents. Despite learning that Arcueid is a True Ancestor vampire, Shiki joins her in battling Roa, a Dead Apostle terrorizing the city. Adapting primarily the Arcueid route from the source material with an original structure across 12 episodes.
