Artist

A chorus group active from the 1970s into the 1980s that, with its masculine, powerful singing, handled many themes for robot anime and comedy works. It is known for the opening 'Ganbare Dokaben' and ending 'Aa Seishun yo Itsumademo' of the landmark baseball manga 'Dokaben', for songs from the Sunrise robot anime 'Future Robo Daltanious', and for the themes 'Ojamanga Yamada-kun' and 'Kyo mo Yuyake' of the comedy anime 'Ojamanga Yamada-kun'. Having also performed for 'Tobidase! Machine Hiryu', 'Cyborg 009' and 'Tondemo Senshi Muteking', this skilled group supported the music of anime's golden age with its full-bodied chorus.
