AKINO from bless4 is a female singer active as the second sister in bless4, a bilingual music unit of four siblings. Working alongside her older sister KANASA and brother AKASHI, she made a striking solo debut with the theme song of the TV anime Genesis of Aquarion, chosen by composer Yoko Kanno, and the track became an enduring anime-song hit. She went on to perform themes for Aquarion Evol and Aquarion Logos as well as songs tied to the films, establishing herself as the face of the series, and for the sequel Aquarion: Myth of Emotions she again performs both the OP and a newly written Kanno ED, Kokuhaku, delivering a fresh arrangement of her signature song.
