A flashback arc depicting the youth and eventual parting of two genius jujutsu sorcerers, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto, during their days at the Tokyo Jujutsu High. The story meticulously explores the moment Gojo, hailed as the strongest, awakens to his 'Limitless Cursed Technique,' as well as the process by which Geto deepens his distrust of humanity and comes to view non-sorcerers as 'monkeys,' all set against intense, gripping battles. Serving as a prequel to the film 'Jujutsu Kaisen 0,' this story questions the loneliness and karma of being a jujutsu sorcerer through the relationship between the two and its collapse. The opening theme is 'Ao no Sumika' by Kitani Tatsuya, and the ending theme is 'Akari' by Sakiyama Soshi.
