Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train

An anime film produced by ufotable, based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotouge serialized in Shueisha's "Weekly Shonen Jump." The series has surpassed 150 million copies in circulation (as of February 2021). Demon Slayer Corps members Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira are assigned to investigate the "Infinity Train" where over 40 passengers have gone missing. They join Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku aboard the train and are trapped in dreams by Lower Rank One Enmu's Blood Demon Art. Tanjiro breaks free and defeats Enmu, who has fused with the train, while protecting 200 passengers under Rengoku's command. However, Upper Rank Three Akaza then appears for a devastating duel with Rengoku. Released October 16, 2020, runtime 117 minutes. Earned 40.43 billion yen domestically, becoming the highest-grossing film in Japanese box office history and the world's highest-grossing film of 2020.
