The third season of the TV anime produced by A-1 Pictures, based on the light novel by Reki Kawahara published by KADOKAWA's "Dengeki Bunko." The series has surpassed 30 million copies in circulation (as of 2024). A landmark sci-fi action series set in virtual worlds. In the Alicization arc, Kirito finds himself in a full-dive VR world called "Underworld" where he meets Eugeo, a blond boy with no memories. An epic story unfolds surrounding the Integrity Knight Alice. The longest and largest-scale episode in the "Sword Art Online" series. Main cast includes Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Kirito), Haruka Tomatsu (Asuna), Nobunaga Shimazaki (Eugeo), and Ai Kayano (Alice). 24 episodes (1st cour).
